Features and Benefits: Now an improved model. This pen leash uses new loop-N-Loc technology. One end of the cord has a adjustable locking loop. This loop is the attaching end of the counter pen, and attaches by either looping and tightening or by girth hitching to an object. The other end consists of the pen and a soft plastic receiver. This receiver has rubber surface which stops the pen from sliding on smooth surfaces. Pen Leash will also attach to chain from broken chain pen.
